Our Affordable Housing Initiative aims to provide safe and affordable housing options for low-income families, ensuring stability and a better quality of life.

Affordable Housing Solutions

Our affordable housing programs focus on creating, improving, and preserving quality housing options for low and moderate income families. To date, Rio Hondo CDC has built 33 units of affordable housing and provided multiple opportunities of first time home ownership for communities in El Monte, Baldwin Park, and Rosemead. By partnering with other developers, community organizations, and government agencies, we strive to provide housing that fosters stability, security, and a sense of belonging.
